基于督导听课的初中数学课堂学生主体性提升策略研究

摘要：在基础教育课程改革持续深化的背景下，凸显学生课堂主体地位、激活学生自主学习潜能，已成为初中数学课堂教学提质增效的核心要义。本文依托常态化教学督导听课实践，深入一线初中数学课堂调研发现，当前部分数学课堂仍存在教师主导过度、学生自主思考空间不足、课堂互动流于形式、习题讲评较为浅显等现实问题，致使学生课堂主体性难以充分发挥。文章结合督导听课实践，系统梳理学生主体性缺失的具体表现与内在根源，从教学理念、课堂设计、课堂提问、师生互动、习题讲评、教学评价等维度提出优化策略，旨在落实以生为本理念，提升初中数学课堂教学质量与育人实效。

Research on Strategies for Improving Students' Subjectivity in Junior High School Mathematics Classes Based on Supervised Classroom Observations

Abstract: In the context of continuous deepening of basic education curriculum reform, highlighting students' subjectivity and stimulating their autonomous learning potential has become the core of improving junior high schoolmathematics teaching. Based on the practice of regular teaching supervision and classroom observation, the rescarch findsthat some mathematics classes still have problems such as excessive teacher dominance, insufficient independent thinkingspace for students, formalized classroom interaction, and superficial exercise commentary. Combined with practice, theresearch sorts out the manifestations and root causes of the lack of students' subjectivity and puts forward optimizationstrategies from six dimensions: teaching concept, classroom design, questioning, interaction, exercise commentary andteaching evaluation, so as to implement the student-centered concept and improve teaching quality.
