乡村博物馆在乡村振兴中的价值发现与路径探索

【摘要】本文旨在探讨乡村博物馆作为承载乡土记忆与激发社区认同的文化载体，在北方山地村落中实现功能转型的可行路径。研究以 2023 年 8 月清华大学乡村振兴工作站在河北省赞皇县牛山沟村开展的“乡村·活的博物馆”系列活动为案例，采用文本梳理、田野观察与行动性研究相结合的方法，对活动的策划逻辑、空间组织与参与成效进行系统分析。实践通过“全村即展场”的理念，将红色历史、地方景观与村民生活转译为可参与的文化实践，有效激发了村民的文化主体性与地方认同感。乡村博物馆的建设需从“物质收藏”转向“社会—文化—生态”的综合平台，通过资源整合、活动创新、社区互动与人才培育，构建以村民为核心的可持续发展机制，实现文化扎根乡土。

Value Discovery and Path Exploration of Rural Museums in Rural Revitalization

[Abstract] This paper aims to explore the feasible pathways for rural museums—as cultural carriers that preserve local memory and foster community identity—to achieve functional transformation in northern mountainous villages. Taking the "Living Museum" series of activities carried out by the Tsinghua University Rural Revitalization Workstation in Niushangou Village, Zanhuang County, Hebei Province in August 2023 as a case study, this research employs a combination of textual review, field observation, and action research to systematically analyze the planning logic, spatial organization, and participation effects of the activities. Guided by the concept of "the whole village as an exhibition ground," the practice translated red history, local landscapes, and villagers' daily lives into participatory cultural practices, effectively stimulating villagers' cultural subjectivity and local identity. The construction of rural museums should shift from "material collection" to a comprehensive "social-cultural-ecological" platform. Through resource integration, activity innovation, community interaction, and talent cultivation, a sustainable mechanism centered on villagers can be established,thereby truly rooting culture in the countryside.
