新时代中小学生德育对抗行为:表征、归因与矫治路径

摘 要:针对当下中小学德育工作中日益显现的学生策略性抵制现象，本文以公共卫生值日、公物损坏追责及手机违规使用等常见校园事件为切入点，借助质性实证分析，系统梳理了德育对抗行为在责任转移、程序反抗与家校协同式对抗等维度的外在表征。研究表明，此类现象系家庭规则教育缺失、媒介生态重塑权利认知、青少年社会观点采择能力欠缺以及学校治理刚性不足四重因素交织作用所致。据此，本文提出构建可追踪的精细化规则体系、推广理性共情沟通模式、重塑家校协同责任边界、强化教师专业支撑并营造遵规向善的校园文化等对策，旨在推动德育工作由被动纠偏迈向主动建构。

Antagonistic Behaviors in Moral Education for Primary andSecondary School Students in the New Era:Manifestations, Causes and Correction Strategies

Abstract: The research examines strategic resistance in school moral education through three commonincidents: hygiene duties, property damage and phone misuse. Qualitative analysis reveals manifestations includingresponsibility shifting, procedural resistance and home-school confrontations. Four interacting factors are identified:lack of family rule education, media-shaped rights perception, weak adolescent perspective-taking and rigid schoolgovernance. Proposed interventions-traceable rules, empathic communication, redefined home-school boundaries,teacher support and a positive campus culture-aim to shift moral education from passive correction to active cultivation.
