高职教师铸牢中华民族共同体意识数智胜任力研究

——基于九江市 186 名教师的调查

【摘要】在“教育数字化转型”与“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”双重国家战略背景下，高职教师运用数智技术开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的能力亟待关注。本研究基于前期构建的“数智认知—数智能力—数智伦理—数智品格”四维模型，结合铸牢教育的特殊要求进行情境化演绎与专家论证，构建了高职教师“铸牢中华民族共同体意识数智胜任力”的理论模型；借鉴成熟量表开发范式，开发了包含 24 个题项的测量工具，对九江市 2 所高职院校的 186 名教师进行问卷调查。研究发现：九江市高职教师铸牢中华民族共同体意识数智胜任力总体处于中等偏上水平（M=3.71），各维度发展不均衡，数智伦理维度得分最高（M=3.92），数智能力维度得分最低（M=3.48）；不同教龄、职称教师在部分维度上存在显著差异。基于四维模型与现状诊断，本文提出“认知引领—能力实训—伦理规约—品格涵养”四位一体的提升路径，为九江市高职教师队伍建设提供理论依据与实践参考。

[Abstract] Against the dual national strategic backdrop of "digital transformation in education" and "fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation," the ability of higher vocational teachers to use digital intelligence technologies to carry out education on fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation requires urgent attention. This study, based on a pre-constructed four-dimensional model of "digital intelligence cognition — digital intelligence ability — digital intelligence ethics — digital intelligence character," combined with the specific requirements of this type of education, conducted contextualized deduction and expert validation to construct a theoretical model of "digital intelligence competence for fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation" for higher vocational teachers. Drawing on mature scale development paradigms, a measurement tool containing 24 items was developed, and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 186 teachers from two higher vocational colleges in Jiujiang City. The findings reveal that the overall digital intelligence competence of higher vocational teachers in Jiujiang City in fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is at an above-average level (M=3.71), with uneven development across dimensions. The dimension of digital intelligence ethics scored the highest(M=3.92), while the dimension of digital intelligence ability scored the lowest (M=3.48). Significant differences were found in certain dimensions among teachers of different teaching experience and professional titles. Based on the four-dimensional model and current situation diagnosis, this paper proposes a "four-in-one" improvement path of "cognition-led, ability-training, ethics-regulated, and character-nurtured," providing a theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction of the higher vocational teacher team in Jiujiang City.
